
Nordisk Film & TV Fond
The Nordisk Film & TV Fond (NFTVF) is a leading pan-Nordic funding organisation dedicated to strengthening and promoting the Nordic audiovisual industry. Established in 1990 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, the Fund supports high-quality Nordic productions across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
NFTVF provides top financing for feature films, creative documentaries and drama series, while also supporting film dubbing and distribution as well as industry initiatives of significance to the Nordic audiovisual sector.
With an annual budget of approximately NOK 130 million, the Fund is supported by 17 Nordic partners, including the Nordic Council of Ministers, national film centres and institutes, as well as public service and private media companies and streaming platforms.
The Nordisk Film & TV Fond plays an important role in the Nordic film and television landscape. In addition to its funding activities, the Fund serves as the secretariat for the Nordic Council Film Prize, co-organises the Nordic Series Awards and hosts the annual Nordic Talents event.
The Fund is governed by a board appointed by the Nordic Council of Ministers and is led by CEO Liselott Forsman.
